1. Open Command Prompt (CMD) as Administrator by the help of Right Clicking on it and then selecting the option Run as Admin.

2. Now Type cd/  & then press Enter Button.

3. Then Type
netsh int tcp show global 
& press Enter.

4. Then Type
netsh int tcp set global chimney=enabled
press enter

5. Then Type
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal
press enter

6. Finally You are done see the changes by typing
netsh int tcp show global
press enter.
