Nowadays , there is flood of variety of  smartphones in the market. There is wide range of available smartphones that  may be helpful as customer has more options to choose from. But it is more complex because buyer really gets into confusion. As the variety of smartphone increases and it vary in price range and features and brand.  Some Buyer prefer to purchase a used smartphone, reasons may be different i.e.

• Features 

But while purchasing a old/used smartphone you must validate few key aspects:

• Physical Inspection :

                                        If there is option such that you cannot check phone physically so better donot buy it.Apart from focusing on features you must thoroughly test it. Switch ON/OFF 4-5 times , Check for scratches , dent and Buttons feedback. ,Check for Water Damage Indicator strip that turns red if your phone is damaged with water. Also you must see to Phone Accessories i.e power adapter,charger cable, memory card socket , head phones.

• Always Purchase from relevant Source:

                                    if you are really in mood of buying a used smartphone make sure you buy it from trusted source only. Try to ask person if he can allow you to use phone for few days. Don't be in hurry while purchasing an old smartphone, take time to make decision and check the phone properly. 

• Does SIM work properly? :

                                  If you are unable to make a call or send a message from your phone it is of no use. So, please carefully check by insert a SIM card and a number. Instead of just dailing  from your phone , make a call , talk to a person so you can confirm microphone and speaker volume. Also test it by sending a test message.

• Check IMEI number :

                           It is most important that you don't buy a stolen or blacklisted phone. To make a confirmation you must know IMEI number. IMEI  is your phone identification number, you can know it by dailing *#06# from your phone or check your IMEI number on  www.imeidetective,com database. Actually is it not sure shot measure to validate because its database is so updated that it can track recently stolen phone. But you make sure that  you ask for original bill and cross check it with mobile vendor.

• Check Sensors :

                  In smartphones there a few things that you cannot check or observe effectively. If you are going to purchase android device , so install android sensor box and check for all sensors properly.
